Selected VELIM products can be customized according to your pet's measurements and selected preferences.

The process includes choosing your design, submitting measurements, confirming details, creation, quality checking and delivery.

Customized and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a qualifying product issue.

VELIM currently ships within India.

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, subject to location and courier conditions. Customized products may require additional processing time.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. Applicable charges below this threshold will be shown at checkout.

Eligible non-customized products may be considered for return subject to VELIM's applicable return conditions.

If you receive a damaged product, wrong product, missing item or manufacturing defect, contact VELIM within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. An unboxing video may also be requested where available.

Check the individual product care instructions before washing. For delicate garments, prefer gentle hand washing, use mild detergent, avoid harsh chemicals and bleach, and air dry naturally whenever possible.

Always supervise your pet while wearing clothing or accessories. Remove the product immediately if your pet shows discomfort, irritation or difficulty moving.

Supervise pets when wearing products with detachable or decorative components. Do not allow pets to chew or swallow accessories.
