To request cancellation, contact VELIM with the following information.
Order Number
Provide the order number associated with your purchase.
Your Name
Provide the name used when placing the order.
Contact Information
Provide your contact information so VELIM can reach you regarding the request.
Reason for Cancellation
Include the reason for requesting cancellation.
